Ideally 3–6 weeks out, but we routinely turn around tight scouts in days. The earlier we're in, the more options we can put in front of you and the cleaner the permit window.

Yes — we permit across California regularly and run nationwide and international on request, with trusted local fixers wherever the script takes us.

Absolutely. We're often brought in to manage a location the production has secured — handling owner relations, COIs, neighbor notifications and on-set logistics.

A scout phase with photo books and tech scouts, a lock phase with permits and contracts, and a run phase with on-set management and wrap. We scope to the production, never the other way around.
